However, 26 year old Evan Spiegel is the CEO of snapchat, the number one used social medial platform in the country and is used all over the world. Evan Spiegel came up with the idea of "Snapchat" in a class room and his classmates made a joke out of it and they had no idea that Evan would pursue this app further and end up creating something completely new that no one ever heard of before.

Evan grew up in a wealthy community but he worked hard and always worked hard to someday make his own money and he succeeded in 2011. His app took off and became popular on every app store and is used by many different types of people and age groups around the world.

Snapchat started off an extremely simple application with the simple idea that you could send a picture and it would go away as soon as it has been viewed. This simple application grew exponentially and created new features for the apps such as "stories" and features such as calling and group chats as well that made the app even more useful and fun to use.
